Privacy Policy — Invisichar

This policy explains what Invisichar (invisichar.com) collects when you use it, why, and for how long. We describe only what the site actually does.

What we do not collect

  • There are no accounts, and we do not collect payment details.
  • The site shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies.
  • We do not run an analytics service that tracks visitors one by one.

What we do collect

Text you type into the generator. The text you type is sent to the generator’s server, which is run by the same lab, to build the result. We never ask for your real name; you can type anything.

Copied results. When you copy a character or a result we may record what was copied and how many times, to improve the lists. It is not linked to your name or email.

Contact messages. If you use the contact form we store the message, the topic you chose, and your name and email if you give them. Only the lab can read them in the site’s admin area, and they are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive.

Storage in your browser. The site keeps a short-lived access token for the generator and a few settings in your browser’s local storage. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time.

Keeping the site safe. To limit abuse the server may use your network address briefly to cap the number of requests; it is not linked to your message. The web server and our content delivery network also record technical details of each request, such as the page, time and browser type, for security and operation, and keep them for a short period set by those services.

Who receives data

Our hosting provider and content delivery network, a regional data server run by the same lab, and a translation service run by the lab, process requests on our behalf so the site can work. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages but is written for general readers and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child sent personal details in a message, a parent can ask us to delete it through the contact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and California’s CCPA, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its use. Because we mainly keep contact messages, the simplest way is to write to us on the contact page and say which message you mean.

Changes

If the site starts using analytics, advertising or anything else that collects data, we will update this page first. See also the terms of use and the about page.

FAQ

Does Invisichar use cookies or analytics?

It is sent to the generator’s server to build the result, and a copied result may be counted without being linked to you.

Write to us through the contact form and say which message, or wait for the automatic deletion after 12 months.
